Congratulations to the Winners of the 4th AMSA Philippines Research Competition!

The Organizing Committee and the AMSA Philippines Standing Committee on Research Exchange would like to commend student researchers who accomplished the following studies that placed in the AMSA-Phil RESEARCH COMPETITION, held on 5-6 April 2014 during the NMSC:

FIRST (AMSA-WVSU): "Compassion Fatigue among Resident Physicians at West Visayas State University-Medical Center" by Avena, J et al.

SECOND (AMSA-UST): "Patient perception of medical students’ engagement in community-based outreach activities during Community Health Clerkship: a Q-methodology study" by Calimag, AP

THIRD (ComDRS): "Association of Behavioral, Socioeconomic Factors, and Smoking With Increased Blood Pressure Among Adolescents Aged 13-17 in Manila High School" by Calica, PG et al.
